Documented 2013, 1st snowfall of the year…oh my there was a bitter wind that day, and the image says it all, although everything looks very calm, peaceful and still : yet frozen in time.

A new found photographer, Wout Berger, stumbled upon today whilst going through some photobooks in Waterstones. From what I have seen so far so far so good. Great compositions, moods and colours. He shoots with large format, all film. His works very much remind me of the great pioneers of colour photography.

This snapback is pretty impressive, sports specialties script, which has an old skool, hip hop vibe to it. Mitchell and ness made a very similar one, same colour scheme, but hard to find. The hat was released in 1986 during the NHL championship series…there styles back then were too good. There unique colour ways and original graphics will always be an eye catcher.

Image of Matt Burton sending a 3 table, 1 hander, steez. Over a pretty nice set. Never got published in the end, although I did see it on a cover of a special riders addition, produced just for the rider in the image…pretty lucky huh.

The rider actually went in to a comber last year, due to a gnarly crash at Nass. Today he is back on his bike, shredding :)…this one goes out to Matty B, steezing at their local trails spot.
